The process of up and down the stairs to get to the hotel was ridiculous. Especially, not being told about it ahead of time.

Hôtel a éviter Ça sentait la drogue dans les corridors et l’odeur se répandait dans la ventilation des chambres, l’eau de la douche a pris 10 min avant d’etrre Chaude, il n’y avait rien pour déjeuner (2-3 barres tendres) , mal insonorisé, meubles en piètre état , vieux mobilier, malpropre

Roaches filthy just a horrible place would not recommend this place. I walked in room and walked out.

I booked a queen sized bed room and when I got to the hotel, after waiting to check in for 35 minutes, I was told there weren’t anymore queen sized beds available although that’s what I paid for. I ended up having to sleep in a room with two double beds.

The rooms were nasty with stains on the couch and the television did not work. I had to change my room because the tv did not work in the first room (#401) and more of the same in the next room (414) Stained couches and tv did not work . Also the ice machine was not working on my room floor nor the floor above.

Garage elevator was out, had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. No parking for UHAUL sized vehicle. Breakfast included was "coffee bar". Coffee with a granola bar or mini packaged muffin. Guests screaming at the top of their lungs in the hallway cursing at 5 am. Reported to front desk but nothing happened. Bath tub missing stopper to take a bath. Pros: Hot water and comfy bed.

Envoyer un ennemi Cet Hôtel est une vrai honte. Accueille très décevant Petit déjeuner inclue dans l’entrée de l’hôtel consistant à thé ou café accompagné d’un nuffin sous plastique. Un vrai cauchemar pour ce tarif. Bien à vous

The parking garage looked like it could collapse at any moment. Then there was no elevator to come and go to your car as it has been broken for the last year and a half I was told by other guests. I am still working on getting my lungs healthy from a bout of Pneumonia back in January and I was unable to to do the stairs for these health reasons. I also hurt my leg walking down five flights of stairs too. I won’t be back here for these health reason and I would have hoped that they could show some care for their customers hea... read more
