I WOULD NOT STAY THERE FOR A SHORT STAY It was an emergency storm and I had no power. The staff was very rude with the exception of one man. The garage had no elevator that worked and I had to walk 5 flights with a dog and an overnight bag and no one would help me.
bathroom door would not close, lobby and halls dirty
I liked that it was close to my daughter’s apartment. I didn’t like the staff, they were rude and acted like they were doing you a favor. Also, I didn’t like to go to the front desk to ask for soap, shampoo, toilet paper or towels. The in room phone didn’t work, cable is for 15 basic channels, 3 of those channels are for instructions on how to use the remote.😱 This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in the US.
The staff age great, The rooms are clean but the common areas are below exceptation. Too many dogs in the hotel.
Terrible experience ever! The elevator of parking area doesn’t work and nobody seems to care. I have four bags and one little kid, and my room was on the 5th floor. Check in lady never explained to me the situation so I parked on the 5th, got full of bags and kid, then found out the elevator didn’t work. Parked on the 3rd floor ( 1st and 2nd all occupied) with all bags and kid, walked on stairs and get the access to the building. Not worth the savings We arrived late and found the back door propped open by a rug. We did check in quickly and the checkin process was easy. The parking was a multilevel garage in the back and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to manage our luggage up and down stairs. The lobby only had 1 of 2 working elevator as well. The room was adequate- needs updating. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
