The tub was very rusted or water damaged it did not make me want to use the shower. Underneath the dresser was very dirty like it was not cleaned same for underneath the tv i found crumbs and pieces of rice under there. When i turned on the television it didnt show in full screen it was the smallest screen in the left hand corner almost as if it was Picture in Picture so I couldn’t watch television.

It was on a hill
Very friendly & helpful front desk & other staff . Well worn & used hotel. Obviously a busy spot. Needs an upgrade. Staff do a good job of keeping it all together. Staff a strong point here. Everything functional so far.

Amanda Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to get us our item that was left behind. GREAT Customer Service!!! If we are back in the area we will stay there again.
My stay was wonderful one young lady at the font desk by the Amanda makes me feel so welcome I was originally staying at the Ramada hotel and it was the worst experience of my life when explaining it to Amanda she makes me feel so much better she even went out of her way and let me stay an extra hour and I greatly appreciate it That was very close to where I be going in The Bronx and I was very happy and comfortable and I will recommend anyone to stay there that will be my new place of staying whenever I go to visit New York... read more

I thought I was walking into a death trap. I stayed at the Extended Suites of America in Raleigh and it has horrible. This stay was awesome. The bed very comfortable. Quiet and the Eldorado Diner across the street is awesome. Thanks I will be back for future visits.
