Staff was great and made accommodations for my late check in and my son.
Great Staff I was originally signed up for 6 nights but after the first night I had to check out due to a family illness. Both staff members were very helpful and compassionate. They helped me deal with Expedia and I was refunded for the nights I was not staying immediately and they gave me the discounted rate for the night I stayed. The bed and room were comfortable and I will stay there again. The compassion of total strangers is a gift when dealing with such a sad situation

Great experience Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very pleasant and one of the best nights sleep ever at a hotel. Hotel was packed, but stilla quiet stay.

Family trip We enjoyed the stay at this hotel! We enjoyed going to the mall and it was very close to the hotel! We also liked going to Carolina and wrightsville beach! Thank you for making our stay in Wilmington pleasurable! We will be coming back soon!

First impression Locked front door at 12:30 and couldn't see if the front end staff was therethere I almost left because there was not sign of anyone working or signs saying please call or something. So i had to call and get them to let me in. The linens had hair on them. Had to go get more towels because under staffed at 8 am. Not that great of a please. But thanks for the short stay and taking my money.
Nice hotel right in the heart of Wilmington NC. I only stayed there for one night and overall it was very nice. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Wilmington.
Wedding weekend sfay We booked this hotel because it is pet friendly with a modest pet fee. It was a very enjoyable stay, in a clean room that suited all of our needs. I was particularly thankful for how sweet and accommodating the hotel was with our dog. We would definitely stay here again.
