Clean comfortable close to downtown This hotel was nice and clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette does not have cookware unless you pay extra so bring your own. My only complaint is that late checkout is at noon. If you want to stay until 1 pm you have to pay $25. Otherwise staff was nice. Location is great.

EVERY THING WAS WONDERFUL THE PEOPLE EVERY THING I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY ONE, EVERYONE WAS NICE A HELPFUL IN ALL WAY
Ok Place . We requested a smoking room, and upon arrival were informed that this was no longer a smoking Hotel. They did however make accommodations to the closest exit as. I am disabled.

Staff was great and made accommodations for my late check in and my son.
Great Staff I was originally signed up for 6 nights but after the first night I had to check out due to a family illness. Both staff members were very helpful and compassionate. They helped me deal with Expedia and I was refunded for the nights I was not staying immediately and they gave me the discounted rate for the night I stayed. The bed and room were comfortable and I will stay there again. The compassion of total strangers is a gift when dealing with such a sad situation

Great experience Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very pleasant and one of the best nights sleep ever at a hotel. Hotel was packed, but stilla quiet stay.

Family trip We enjoyed the stay at this hotel! We enjoyed going to the mall and it was very close to the hotel! We also liked going to Carolina and wrightsville beach! Thank you for making our stay in Wilmington pleasurable! We will be coming back soon!
