Hard to find dog-Friendly Clean and plenty of space for 2 people, especially for a place that accepts dogs. Staff was pleasant and professional. Only issue was with smell of smoke in hallways & stairwell. Room had no odor. Air conditioning worked very well, fridge and cooking areas were clean and in good condition. Bathroom was quite small. Coffee, fruit and granola bars in the morning were welcome.

My son lives in Wilmington. Usually we stay with him, but this weekend, his sister was there too, so we got a room. It is well located and we found it to be just right for our needs.

Close to local beaches, downtown and shopping. . . Visited this location for a Memorial Day Weekend meet-up with friends. This hotel was convenient, and very nice. Older property, however the staff was friendly, service was good, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Location is inland, but convenient to Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, as well as Downtown Wilmington. All within 10-30 minute drive. I enjoyed my stay very much and thank you for the hospitality.
Back up choice The hotel I normally stay at was booked up so this was my alternate choice. It was okay though! I liked that it was close to shopping and dining! The staff was friendly and accomodating.
No housekeeping Comfortable but no daily housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels twice, room was cleaned an straightened when we arrived but wasn't touched by housekeeping until we checked out,
leisure time My favorite local getaway! The staff is wonderful they make you feel right at home. The rooms were clean, it was very peaceful, and again, the staff is awesome!
Friendly & helpful staff. Very friendly & helpful staff at the front desk. Room is nice, clean and very comfortable with a big fridge & microwave. Bathroom is clean and big size too.
