Smooth and easy! We did everything by email, including signing the contract. When the person came out to measure, they were quick and practiced social distancing. When the doors were installed the crew was neat and professional. We are very happy with our new door.

It went very well. they were professional, punctual and did a good job cleaning up afterword. The only issue was they were using very long roofing nails but didn't realize that those nails were punching through my T-11 Sheeting (which is what we see from inside our porch) instead of roofing staples. Luckily I checked on the work early and the damage was minor, had them pull about 20 nails and then they used shorter roofing nails which worked out.

This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. After receiving 3 quotes from different roofing companies, we decided to go with Exterior Medics. Their quote was very transparent, and they offered the best materials and warranty of all others we had spoken with. Julien, Sales Consultant at Exterior Medics, provided us with detailed explanations, including examples and photos of specific repairs that were needed in order to restore our roof (such as have the proper venting installed). Job started on time and was finished with daylight to spare. Clean up could have been better but in their defense it was cold out. The gutters were replaced a few days later. Finished work looks good.

Replace the ridge vent and fix leaks around the chimney, 2 boards and some shingles. Job well done.

Exterior Medics responded promptly to my request, sending Luke out to inspect our roof and gutters. Luke provided a thorough review including aerial pictures from a drone. He answered all of our questions and recommended replacing our gutters to direct water flow more efficiently (I.e., reduce overflow in several key areas), prevent water from trapping at the chimney, and avoid further damage to the soffits.
