I had several contractors, including a handyman, inspect and attempt to repair a leaking window. Unfortunately the window continued to leak so I called Exterior Medics (Fredericksburg Division) for a free estimate/consultation. Zach showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The sales consultant from Exterior Medic, Steve, came out an assessed the work. He was very honest and candid about the job. He explained that the current configuration meets the building code and there should not be leaking of rainwater under most normal conditions. He suggested monitoring the situation and if there is further leaking Exterior Medic would be glad to come out and correct the problem. I am taking his excellent advice. This is the third time I’ve used exterior medics for roof repair. Three wind storms in one year, but none of their work failed. This last time, I was selling my house and really needed the work done on short notice. They were able to validate that it was not their work that had failed from their photographic records, and clearly documented my new damage. In spite of contending with very wet weather the work was very well done and we were very pleased. Siding replacement, new gutters and new storm door on front and new outside lamps.
