In the aftermath of a very bad storm when it seemed everyone in the area had roof damage Exterior Medics was the only company out of three that was able to give a reasonable timeframe to get an estimate and perform the job. Tom was great also. Roof Repair
The money we paid was a down payment for the work to be done. Our salesman Ben was awesome & a true asset to your company. We need a new roof but are waiting for the materials to come in before the work can be done.
It took way too long before the work was done I had a leak in the emergency tarp they originally put down. They did come out fast enough to fix both leaks before there was any permanent water damage. Roof repair
The estimater showed up early. Was curtious and well informed on product. He arrived in a company truck and wore company shirt. We were impressed. He told us he would email the estimate tomorrow. Estimate came before evening. We decided to hire them. A date was established. The day they were supposed to arrive no one showed up. No one called. It took a long time to get an estimate which isn't good - but the work they did was great and it's a relief to have the problem fixed. They replaced the j channel and no more water coming in the house - what a relief. Siding repair - very good work!

Wonderfully .... the representative ed came out, surveyed the scope of the repairs and gave a qoute ... due to the fact a previous roofing company removed the damaged vent ridge and left a hole in the roo, the exterior medics rep came the next day to effect the repairs asap Roof and gutter repair

I have a cedar roof, and I needed to do some maintenance and Preventive repairs, they came in give me an estimate I signed a contract and a few weeks later they did the job. They did very very good job but it was little Pricy and I had to wait for for few weeks to start the job. Overall I am extremely pleased about the work and professionalism. Repaired cedar roof
