The original repair was done promptly, and the work was good. The roof shingles did not match and the difference in color (roof was brown and grey was used) really stood out. I complained and a solution was reached, and the shingles look much better. Repair hardie plank soffit and roof

I had roofing and siding damage from the major windstorm that swept through Northern Virginia in early 2018 so I had to compete for a roofer along with the multitude of others in the area who also were trying to repair their roofs. After severe storms in April, we needed the back half of our roof replaced. It was easy to talk with them but it took forever (several months) for them to come out and do the work. Our insurance cleared it so the holdup was not on that end. They would say a crew would be out but no one would actually show up that day. The work didn’t get done until July/August. Everything (workmanship) went as expectations were presented with one exception that fortunately I had the ability to complete myself. I had to replace existing gutter screens. Nevertheless I really am appreciative that the company approached me to check my roof and then encouraged me to upgrade better shingles. It looks great. New roofing (shingles and skylights)
Extremely well with one exception. Service was great and they really went to the mat with our insurance company about what was wrong with the roof. They were always easy to reach and willing to talk through issues or questions that we had. We did have a bit of an issue at the end with scheduling the actual work -- especially with the crazy weather -- but overall a great experience and a company we would recommend. Roof replacement

The workers who arrived were very courteous and respectful. The cleaned up after themselves and completed the work in record time. The only delay was in the time from the damage to when they were able to come due to other jobs they had. That was the only part that was not great. But the work done was great. I am unable to provide a picture since its my roof and i am unable to go up that high to take one. Roofing was replaced due to wind damage

Roof repairs are always a bummer as a homeowner, but they are a pleasure to work with and get the job done very quickly and efficiently.
