Renters BEWARE! They will do everything they can to get you in; Give you a grand tour of the property, offer the use of their box truck, and even a great First Month Discount. Once you're in, it's different story. The "know-it-all" attitude reveals itself with the 2 managers on duty (Husband and Wife duo). Rates increased for us more than 25% in the 4 months we were there. The couple that runs it is knowledgeable about their product and super to deal with on getting into the unit or set up or moving out. I went in to get my unit at another location in California. They got the paperwork done and that wasn't so easy and secured my unit for November in another county. Stay away from Public Storage! The people that run their facilities are not knowledgeable or helpful and most at locations didn't speak English. I don't know the top 5 languages spoken in America just ole' English.
