This place is well run and the site managers really bust their backs keeping the whole site immaculately maintained. They are extremely friendly and really take pride in their work. The hours the site is open is also another MAJOR BONUS. The size of the units & accessibility are a major draw. The BIGGEST DRAWBACK about this storage location is that the rental rates on the storage units GO UP, WITHIN SIX MONTHS of renting. My partner's and my experience with this storage unit was excellent for the 4 months we were out of town! The couple that runs the business are extremely helpful and accommodating. I recommend this place, I think it's about as good of a price as you'll get.

3 stars for customer service, but I'd give 1 for honesty regarding pricing. I went with the smallest unit @ $85/month. Insurance included for the first, bringing the total to just over $100. Second due date approaches and I check my bank to make sure I'm only charged the $85, and I see nearly $100 deducted. Called & they said the insurance brings it to that much. I didn't bother arguing as I knew they'd give some bs excuse, because nowhere in their "welcome" speech or fine print did it say insurance was monthly, only include... read more

As far as cleanliness, security and staff goes, this facility is great. I've rented units there for a number of years and been very pleased with everything...except the spiraling upward cost. The Extra Space headquarters continue to jack up the rental rates every year. My 2 units are costing me more than twice what they did when I signed up and I just got a notice that the 5x10 is going up another $23 next month. I am truly looking forward to the day when I can say good-bye to these units.

I had such a great experience at this facility. I had to leave town for an indefinite period of time, with little notice, and was having trouble finding a safe and affordable place to park my car. Extra space storage not only was SO helpful and swift but they were much more affordable than other locations in the Bay Area. The staff was kind and thorough!

Sweetest on-site manager couple! Thorough tour of the grounds and lots of storage options. They use technology to make the rental and payment option easy. Great selection of boxes and moving supplies. Reasonably priced, clean and secure location close to freeways and amenities. 7AM to 10PM access 7 days a week. Was able to get the first month free and a great rate.

I rented a space for my stuff on 4/11. I called first, and spoke with Andre, who was very nice on the phone. When I got there, he showed me the space that would accommodate my belongings, explained all the rental terms, and made sure that all my questions were answered. The facility is quite secure and well-lit. Andre was great to work with, he made my experience as good as renting a storage space could be. Christine is absolutely the nicest person I've ever met. She helped us get a smaller storage than the one we already had and it didn't take that long. She even took us out to see the unit in the little golf truck. Their customer service is absolutely the best!!
