The nicest people ever! We weren't sure where we were actually storing our things from Az until we arrived! Clean, easy to get to facility. You just never know what you'll find but these folks were so accommodating, honest and fair. Never felt like they were going to rip us off. If we need storage again, we won't look anywhere else!

Very clean facility. Very organized sign-up and payment process. Very clear terms and conditions. The manager at the Meeker Street facility in Richmond was fantastic.

I rented a small unit for my personal things. Christine and Andre, the managers, were very responsive and friendly. It was really good service and I was impressed. I purchased some supplies from them over the phone and they put them in the unit, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this storage space to everyone. Thank you to the managers again.

I recently moved and was looking for a storage company close to my new home. Well, I hit the jackpot! Andre and Christine operate this facility, and they are absolutely wonderful: Professional, extremely polite, and just generally on top of their game. Needed temporary storage during a move. Christine and Andre were super helpful and their prices are very reasonable. This is the second time we've rented storage with them and both times were a pleasure. When the need arises we will not hesitate to use them again.

Reserved online, received a very prompt and helpful call soon after offering to help complete the reservation then, or take care of it later if I was too busy. Andre was very helpful and entertaining to chat with while taking care of everything. Facility is clean, well-managed, and easily facilitated contact-free rental.

Excellent customer service experience. The folks at the facility are courteous, clarify everything, are easy to reach, and for my move-out could not have done a better job. The only improvement is to move more of the paperwork online so that I don't have to fill out or sign anything onsite.

I have been using Extra Space Storage for (too) many years now. I definitely recommend using them if you have my problem - which is too much stuff and too little space. The facility is well run, always clean and safe. I've never had a problem with security, leaks or anything else.

This was a fantastic storage space. I just moved out after a year of storing my belongings here and I only have good things to say about this space. It is only about 25 minutes from The Mission in perfect traffic and is right off the freeway (so calculating mileage from U-Haul makes it very easy) and has been a breeze to enter and exit no matter the time.
