I was extremely satisfied with The staff and the online process was very easy and i was contacted shortly after and set up with exactly what i was looking for and i moved my things in the next day. When i arrived everything was just as the staff explained i easily punched my code in the gate and i found my storage unit very quickly and easily. I signed up in person because I want to see the unit, location and overall quality. Rosa signed me up and helped to show me the unit. She was very informative on open & closing time, cancellation, payments (insurance, rent, etc). Dollies are always available when I'm moving my stuffs. Inside is very clean & surrounding area is comfortable. I feel secure with the gates needing to have codes. Overall, my 1st week experience has been stellar!
