The customer service is great. Clay is AWESOME and goes over everything in detail. I found them online but I wanted to see the space before I committed to it. He listened to my concerns , and showed me a good size for what I needed. The place is clean.
Completed the entire transaction online and it went perfectly. Everything that was said occurred with no obstacle. An email with step by step instructions was received the day before move in. There was a cart available to assist with moving. Great

I had to unexpectedly rent an additional storage unit and José Gonzalez helped me he was so professional and went out of his way to make it go smooth. Jose delivered great customer service and the unit itself was clean and a good size for the price. Highly recommend this storage facility. I wanted to add that Christina the Mgr. normally helps me and is always so accommodating. A+ service!!

I rented a large indoor unit for 2 months. The facilities were always clean. Great customer service! Both times I called and spoke to Christina. She is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the job.
