No one ever wants to use storage actually, but when you run into great ppl who give great effort to fix your issue, it makes it that much easier. Thank you Taccara N Christina!
This facility is clean and I trust that my belongings are safe here. Rosie the customer service lady was the most helpful, most polite, most competant, nicest and best customer service rep I have ever encountered anywhere. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know and went beyond the call of duty for me. It is so wonderful to deal with people like her who make things easy and quick. Great attitude. A Wonderful experience that left me with a great positive comfortable feeling.

Just got a storage unit here and they were very accommodating and Christina was very helpful. Their prices are reasonable compared to other storage places near me. The place is very clean and the units are too.

Huge place, Christina who helped me was amazing, knew what she was doing, and handled everything professionally. Very clean facility, I highly recommend.
Went to my unit tonight and after going through a gated access entry and another access code to get into the building only to find my unit broken into and burglarized. Called the Extra Space storage support and they took down information of what was missing and was advised also to call Long Beach PD. When Long Beach PD came the officer told me that I was his 4th call regarding a unit being broken into for the day in this same location. Door latches do not work. Unsafe. My unit was burglarized and no one working has ever provided me with video footage on the thief.

This location opens at 9:30 not 6:00 am as the website states. I went to my storage on a Sunday and found a different lock on my unit. The office was closed so I called the main office. They did not add or change locks. So apparently someone has been in my unit. Went there this morning to get it straightened out and they're closed! Ugh!!! Online my unit is $154, I pay $320. I had a storage unit at this location for just over a year. It is a friendly and clean facility, but storage units get broken into a lot here. When I first signed up for a unit, the lady in the front office was going on and on about how each unit is alarmed. When you enter the gate you enter your code, and that will let the system know your unit will be accessed.
