I signed up in person because I want to see the unit, location and overall quality. Rosa signed me up and helped to show me the unit. She was very informative on open & closing time, cancellation, payments (insurance, rent, etc). Dollies are always available when I'm moving my stuffs. Inside is very clean & surrounding area is comfortable. I feel secure with the gates needing to have codes. Overall, my 1st week experience has been stellar!
