As i'm currently in the process of moving, i believe that steve and stephen helped to the best of their abilities for my unit space, and made some accommodations due to some technical difficulties, but truly do not know what i would have done without their help, totally recommend!

The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is this place is clean I've been there for 2 years and they have consistently raised the rent On me a customer who has never once been late on a payment . My first rent increase was $80 now this month without even a notification They raised the rent $47. I Called around found another unit 10 by 15 In Fontana for a $165 a month With public storage The lady said she's getting a lot of customers from extra Oh did I tell you they have a truck that you can use to move your stuff out and... read more

I went to this place with my usual skeptic attitude and was surprised by the excellent customer service provided. The knowledge and explanation of the services and prices was thorough, easy to understand, which enabled me to make a decision quickly. The way the contract was explained was easy to understand, no complicated terms. Very personable managers, no high pressure, no runaround. I would recommend this location to anyone.
