they lie about their policies and charge outrageous prices and send collections while selling all my metal stock after I tried to move out several times to find my key did not work with the lock they swear they didn't change.... i spent and lost tens of thousands ultimately due to this and a lot of time. They try to just spam call you but I paid their excessive fees... double others. We moved into Extra Space in Rialto in June, 2022. We called their toll free number and were recommended this 10 x 10 space in Rialto CA because it was cheaper than their other facilities nearby. My husband approved it visually after visiting. The price was $112 a month. When my husband went inside to sign up, there was a lengthy contract on an Ipad. Storage unit was broken into today, people up front not very helpful with this situation, also rent went up by $80/$100 in a matter on 3/4 months stay far away from this place if you can!!

Had my unit broken into. They didn't have camera's inside the building, and no camera outside aimed towards the area of my unit. So nobody was caught. Lost many valuable things. I didn't feel like they were a lot of help either when I found out. Even the insurance company made things very difficult. It's already hard enough to lose personal items. Rialto PD helped even though they had little evidence provided by Extra Space. I can't trust this place.
***Warning *** do not place your vehicles or RV'S at this location. Our RV was broken into, extensive damage to our vehicle, and others parked at this location. We are very dissatisfied with this location.
Our RV was broken into. They could not provide any information or help us figure out info on the break in. We lost MECHANICAL engine parts of the RV. They are shady and clearly participated in the break in. Because of this I no longer rent from them. I had to move my RV to a safer place before I came back to no RV at all...
Our unit along with another was broken into between 4/17/15 and 4/20/15, when police went to investigate they were told the cameras and DVR happened to be down those days, as well as the individual alarmed units were also not working on those days so they could not provide any information or help to the break in. WE lost thousands of dollars of our stuff and had to just depend on insurance claim to get back what we could prove we owned! THEY ARE scummy and clearly had participation in this situation.! DONT RENT FROM THEM!!
