CAREY is awesome. Ive had this storage for years and they are great !! Xarey was sooo helpful on my most recent visit. He helped us figure out how to fit our new furniture after we'd been there for about an hour trying to make it work. The service here is always exceptional! !!! Thank you Carey you saved my memorial day

Marwan El-Betjali from Extra space storage off of Riverside ave in Rialto, ca gave my husband and I the best customer service we have received in a long time. Thank you Marwan for the great attitude and customer service we experienced with you!

This used to be AStorage Place, they seemed to have changed names and personnel i the middle of the night. . Since the change, it seems o.k. they've extended the access hours, so that's a good thing

I've never had such an unprofessional experience at a storage facility. Shannon was incredibly rude and arrogant from the moment I walked in. Instead of helping or answering simple questions, he talked down to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. It was honestly shocking how dismissive he was. There are plenty of storage places in the area--do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This location clearly doesn't value customers or basic respect.

Just rent with another company. Unfortunately, this "lovely" place jacked up the price of the unit after a short amount of time. I've been having to deal with paying the unit on behalf of a friend going through hardships, and I see a "pre foreclosure fee". and I spoke to a gentlemen there a while back to try to establish a payment plan, or something. But they were not willing to work with me on anything. Rude employee, jacked up prices, and inability to work with you to get caught up with payment. Honestly, I am not surprise... read more

at first i thought this was a decent price but not even three months in they wanted to start charging double for the storage i was renting. Not only did i not sign an agreement when i signed up but after they started trying to charge me double they forced me to sign and it felt like harassment the way they constantly called me during my work hours over this agreement that i was never given. my stuff had been already moved in by then, two months to be exact, and it was not like i could just leave then and there.. i spoke to t... read more

Ive been with these guys for 7 months and this is the 2nd time i just received a new monthly pay increase without them notifying me. I got had gotten a great deal online for a 10*10 for only $82 a month and now with this new one im at $142. And without them notifying me first so i can start looking for a different location. I have been with this facility since 2011 when it was called "A storage place" then things changed dramatically since extra space took over! When it was A Storage Place the rent only increased once a yr, if that. Some extra space took over they raise it constantly for no reason! Due to a divorce/custody battle that has been going on for 12 years and counting I have been stuck here for that reason.
