What a find! Needed a small space for a few months and picked a good one on the first try. There's an old expression, "You can't erase a first impression" and my interaction with Scott at the Hollywood location certainly fits that! He was most welcoming, helpful, full of alternatives, and efficient in handling timing and paperwork. I've made some changes during these few months and they appeared to be just routine stuff for him. Tight, scary entrance; but, Scott and the cameras makes it seem very safe. Was looking for a secure place to store some extra stuff for a few months.. Scott the manager was great, helpful and I didn't even mind his dad jokes (just kidding) he actually should get on stage and be a comedian on his days off... Even caught him in the middle of cleaning the floors... You can tell he cares about his workplace... Glad I found this place!

This place is really cool and looks like a spaceship docking port. The manager Scott was a pleasure to be around and was very helpful in answering all of our questions fully. Everything was very clean when we arrived.

The team at this location is awesome! We had a lot more stuff than we realized and ended up needing to switch the unit we had booked to a larger unit and secure additional space to be able to fit it all--and throughout the whole process Scott & Nadya were super helpful and flexible and kind. I also really like how the security access codes are personalized and allow access only to the floor(s) your unit(s) are on for additional safety. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from management here at this busy location. They have convenient parking with a service alley and a secured gate with limited public access. Check the internet pricing first and work with the office in getting something you need. Management may sometimes have additional not listed online. The only drawback is the units here are not climatized here, but the pricing is market competitive.

Beth was EXCELLENT; It was not only imperative that I get a store today but I needed it in the next hour, she able to do that, plus she got me the size I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage. Thank you again Beth!!

This is a great location to store your belongings. The guys working there Martin he is very helpful and nice. Took his time to help me looked for the perfect storage. Excellent service at this location. Would definitely recommend it.
