Kathleen was super kind and helpful in the office. I ended up renting a unit from her with ease and quickness. Premises look very clean and no issues. Love the ease of the app to unlock the gate.

Nice place for storage. Cheapest place in the valley, that I found. Haven't seen any rats ! Area is pretty clean.

This storage is very clean, well maintained and secure. I have always had a great experience with them. Ask for Cathleen, she is super helpful and attentive.
Office rep. Was always very nice! Didn't like that in the middle of Covid pandemic they raised there prices. When everyone and was hurting. Made it extremely challenging.

We needed a storage unit to move to antelope Valley after calling several companies and landing on extra space storage, I can't believe how great the people are at this company, it's hard to find companies nowadays that are so professional kind and helpful. I don't leave many reviews nowadays I try to remain positive. The manager at extra space storage Serena in Lancaster along with her entire staff is making this process of moving so much easier I highly recommend Extra space storage.
At first I wasn't a fan of this storage place due to poor communication, but now I can say I'm happy with the service and location after a conversation with the Manager. It's reasonably priced and very clean. With all the COVID shutdowns you're still able to get service (if you need it). Thank you Extra Space Storage; keep it up! Happy to be renting a unit here until we move next year. :)

UPDATE: The manager reached out to me showing his deepest regards for making this mistake. They are trying to give me a little discount or special for the inconvenience. I appreciate the follow-up to say the least.. Good customer service but I was locked out of my reserved storage unit at 10:30pm at night on the first day. I prepaid and was told it would be unlocked when I came. This was not the case. I could not find a person to help me while it was dark and creepy outside. Smh.
