The storage facility is good and the staff is friendly. However, the monthly price you see online doesn't include insurance they require you to have. Check with your homeowners insurance or renters insurance if your policy includes it. If it does, bring a copy showing it's covered the day you sign up. That'll save you money. It's been about 4 or 5 months since I signed up and I just received a Rate Increase Notice. For my 10 x 5 unit, it's going up by about $15/mo. First of all I like that you get a month free and also you get to use a U-Haul truck free for 1 day to move your stuff. Well they seem to be nice and clean also service with a smile. also one day I thought I locked my storage they called me a few hours later and told me that I locked the lock but not the storage and when would I be able to come down and lock it correctly. so they're doing their job they knew that I came there that day morning and they went and checked my storage that's good security to me.I appreciate t... read more
Very impressed! Great online deals + they have great on-site security! Employee Tanisha did a great job helping us today. She gave us a tour, answered our questions, informed us on everything and made signing up easy and quick. Would definitely recommend this place!

I give this place 5 stars because this storage facility has the best customer service. The manager Matt Gipson has been so helpful during the process and continues to be of great assistance. I have been renting my unit for two years now and I would recommend them to anyone in the antelope valley. Their facility is so clean and secure exactly what I was looking for.
This Extra Space Storage is very well run and offers storage at a better price than others (we checked five other places on 12/29/15). The manager, Matt, is very friendly and helpful ask for him.
Matt was especially informative about medical disorders had a wonderful long informative conversation with him it was exactly what I needed. Kind of funny but it made my day. conveniently located, easy to get into and out of fast service highly recommend
