The questionnaire really wasn't relevant to my experience if customer care person I spoke with on the phone to place my order for a storage was very polite and very knowledgeable gave me all the information I needed and made it easy

Great size units and the property manager was the best.
Very friendly
I moved in easily without any hiccups. Don't let highway 99 be a factor in turning you away from renting there, the big rod-iron fence that separates the storage units from the highway is great and deters people from breaking in. Overall I'm very happy with the storage facility.

It's a clean storage facility. But if you need assistance in the office, it seems harder to reach someone if you are in a hurry. They are hardly in their office & when I've been to the facility there was only one person working. Maybe hiring 2-3 people to work in the office would be sufficient?
