Rats in every single unit and most hallways smell like urine.

Due to multiple gate issues I was unable to move out on two separate weekends. Office said they would credit my last months rent as I moved out only days into my billing cycle, and they never did. On top of that, it appears people may be living in units, and / or storing edible items. As a result my unit was over run with rodents, destroying my couch. I have made two attempts at submitting the website contact form and have not received a response.

This is the last place you want to rent storage from I have been here for over a year almost a year and a half I've always paid on time and they raised my fees from 154 a month for a 10x10 to $204 I talked to them about it and said that's not right considering that I have been here for so long and we are about to go into a huge recession with these gas prices and they want to up their rates then on top of that I leave my storage and they won't give me the remaining balance so basically I paid for an entire month and only use... read more

Place has rats. Reported it to staff and they did nothing. Most of our belongings were protected but the rats did chew through some cardboard boxes and their feces were everywhere. Seen many homeless around the facility and they're camped just outside fence line on freeway. Wife never felt safe going there. Top it off they gave notice to raise rental fee almost double so we are out!

DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. There are people living here. There were always sketchy homeless people coming up to us whenever we had to stop by. Also the rat problem is unbelievable. We moved out of this storage unit and I had to throw numerous items out due to rat damage and feces.

I purchased a storage unit at this facility through an online auction site. When I arrived the employees were very helpful. After paying my cleaning deposit they opened my unit for me I was greeted by dozens of used needles, used tampons, tons of fast food wrappers & cups, rat & mouse shit, and a electric bbq rigged to a car battery (among a HUGE mess). Had my unit broken into and my items stolen. Workers refused to let me see the video. Had to get the police involved. Luckily i had insurance but of course wasn't paid what was worth property stolen.

I stored my things here for 2 years It was an awful experience . There are a lot of homeless people there who live in their storage lockers. Rats everywhere! I saw it first hand . My locker got broken into last year . The office refused to share the video footage with me . They said that the police could request it . It's a very seedy place . Stay away . I lost a lot of valuable belongings . Go elsewhere

This is THE WORST experience with a storage unit I have ever had. When asking about pricing over the phone, I was told it would be a certain amount per month. Then when I got there, I was told that the price doesn't include the MANDATORY insurance for the unit, and in order to circumvent the cost I would have to be on a month-to-month basis. Then 2 months later, received a notice that they were increasing the price by $15/mo bc I was on month-to-month! 6 months later, another increase.
