PEOPLE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE PLACE FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. For the third time our unit gets broken into. Always the good things (most valuable) get taken..This place has a very bad reputation. They offer insurance but that wouldn't cover all your valuables that were stolen. Coincidentally, my sister rents a unit and few days later it gets broken into and her 70 inch T.V gets stolen.. This place is infested with rats! It used to be clean and well ran. The rat issue caused me to have to loose over half of things in my unit including nice luggage and beautiful rugs. I have kept rat poison in my unit for over 2 years to no avail. After many complaints they put a rat unit in my unit-to no avail. It's so bad I have had to move out. They have continued to raise the rates with less and less service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible! Rat infested units. Someone or many someones must be keeping food stored in units. Had a small unit, everything pretty much ruined by rats. Don't do business here. Can I give no stars?

I needed a safe place to store some things that I did not have room for while I was abroad. I was very happy to get the unit at first, it was right in front and close to the entrance. Little did I know there was a criminal element, and also a rodent issue. I have lost everything, the first thing I was really searching for was my Roomba, I had a place now and it needed to be vacuumed. It was just gone, nowhere to be found. I liked this place and the workers in the beginning until they kept raising my rent without any notice WHAT SO EVER!!! Cockroach infested and jokes of employees. Good bye to a disgusting place with tweakers and homeless constantly inside this facility!!!

RATS! Lots of them! After two weeks I had rats all through my stuff. They blamed me, stating I must have had food in my unit. Not true. It was a bunch of my children's keepsakes that I put there for safe keeping. They insist they do not have a rat problem but other tenants were moving out for the same reason. This place was the biggest nightmare ever!

I have never taken the time to write a negative review until now. This is, by far, the worst self storage place I have ever encountered. We have been there for approximately 2 years and just finally had enough and moved our stuff to another storage location. First let me start by talking about the rates. You guys are horrible.... Short story... You guys are liars and deceitful. You employ trickery and false advertising to waste peoples time. I fell for your false AD offering first month free. I also fell for your "Total Due at Move-in" and then after loading my items and walking into your office, I was then told about your $13 mandatory insurance fee. I've had enough of your chicanery. Horrible Costumer Service. The Grounds are filthy. We saw rat dropping all over the property. The manager had a very bad altitude. I would recommend stay away at all costs.
