I have had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Fort Wayne for 2 years, I pay $178 a month for a 10X20 unit. Just got a note today that my rate is going up to $278 a month, that’s a $1200 a year increase!! I am beyond pissed! Online I can get the same unit for $130/mo, but that’s only for new customers. We don’t care about our current customers, we want new customers that we can get to sign up and then screw them too!! It’s just sad the way this place does business, they should be ashamed of themselves!! Do not rent here... read more
