I was told the rate would be pro-rated. I did most everything online. There were some glitches getting access to my unit. It took 3 days. I cleaned out my unit on Friday, expecting to receive some money back, only to be told I didn't inform them ahead of time. This is horrible customer service. I should have received some of my $240 back when I only used 6 days of the month.
