Horrible place to store your extra stuff. One month we had to call in our payment and we came to find out that our unit had been broken into, two months ago. (we usually did automatic payment, but we got a new debit card, after my partner lost his). No phone call, No email, No contact from them telling us that this had occurred. We only find out after we called to make a payment. The owner NORM is a pompous ASS! We came in to pay our monthly bill to find out we owe more because he raised our rent... and WITHOUT any type of notice! When inquiring about it, Norm said he doesn't owe us any notice and he can raise it anytime he wants and as many times as he wants. What a way to handle your customers! They draw you in with their low cost rental fees, and then raise it without a word! This guy is a total jerk and only cares about making money, not making his customers happy! After 14 months of having rented our space, they've raised our rent 4 different times. They never mentioned that this rate increase would happen so quickly during our rental process. They said because of the "high-demand" of our space they have to raise the rent??!! We told them at the beginning that we would be long term customers...I guess money seems to be more valuable to them than having long term loyal customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
