Great place to store your stuff. Always friendly with a smile on their face when I come in. Very clean. Very happy with how smooth everything runs here.
The best experience I have ever had obtaining extra storage space. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility and the great people like Norman who work there.
I ordered our storage units online. When we showed up to sign the paperwork, we received very friendly service. We were shown the units to make sure they would accommodate our needs. We were given detailed information about the facility, to ensure the hours and rules fit our needs. Robert and Norman are very friendly, and happy to help out with whatever your needs are. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!
The main office was so nice and they gave me a lock for free...how much better customer service can you get? The process was smooth signing up for a storage space. The owner and I joked about schools in the area and before we knew it it was time to go. The storage area, while small, was free for the first month and the duration I needed. This is my first time using a storage unit but Norm was great and made it really easy for me to get set up. He stopped over to check in when I was unloading stuff into the unit. It was very clean. So far it was a good experience.
I had a great experience so far...no complaints..suuuuuper clean, and verrrry nice staff....I don't usually write reviews, but sometimes people like to write bad ones...I don't know...I'll see as time passes...but no complaints...and the area is not in a bad area, things happen...but I'm pretty certain bad things here are not the norm... .if any adverse situation arises I will write, but until then, I recommend ....
The operation hours are the best feature offered in my opinion. Living in Southern Calif. and dealing with the traffic and other challenges makes it a breath of fresh air when I can go in to my storage unit early in the morning or pretty late in the night 7 days a week. Quite a number of the other storage places out there have very limited operation hours which makes life an extra stress factor when trying to get things out or store my belongings.
I was only here for a short time, but everything went totally smooth. Sam was great, and helped me get in quickly. The units were nice and very clean and it was a great deal. Easy to get in and out as well.
If proximity is your main issue this is a decent place for those in the east long beach area. I've accumulated some stuff after a few moves and now after downsizing to smaller accomodations had to find a storage place. This place was closeby so I could visit it without much hassle. They have a number of different size sheds and if you choose an upstairs shed there is a freight elevator to use.
