I would not recommend this place. We had the storage for 2 months and then they raise the monthly rent by almost 30%. While the contract allows them to review rates based on market conditions, the increase is unreasonable and truly, dishonest of such a company. They take advantage of the customers' situation and it is truly unfortunate.

Very expensive and they discriminate against people. After you move in they start to unfairly discriminate and they will make your experience there very unpleasant until you move out. Public storage is more secure and they are much better to deal with so look them up because they have more locations then this place.

I wish I could give zero stars! The rental process was very easy. However, my rent was raised and I paid it. I knew that was coming based on previous reviews. I found out yesterday when I went to the unit it was broken into in February and I was never informed. They personally call to request payment but a however, your unit being broke into is not their priority. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE WHEN LOOKING FOR STORAGE!

Terrible all my stuff got stolen out my unit !! Please be cautious! The thieves were able to rummage through my stuff and take almost all of my stuff out without notice ! This was a lot of stuff!!

OMG they raised my rent again! They continue to raise the rent 2-3 times a year, yet there seems to be no appreciable reason. It's storage. There is not much maintenance on their part, they have even taken away the restrooms and trash! They are taking advantage of people desperate to hold onto meaningful items. If it wasn't for the memories, it would be cheaper to throw it all away and buy new items yearly as needed.

I got a storage unit for a price of roughly $185 a month, and within about 14 months my monthly price for the same unit had been increased to about $310 a month... They raised the monthly rate by about $35 a month every 3 months, I asked why they would do that because it leaves customers no choice but to move out, and "he" stated they do it to help us, because we shouldn't be keeping stuff in storage.... Becareful here! I stored here and got my unit broken into all my valuables gone in a heart beat! Norm said the unit was so secure since the unit was made out metal but why is all my stuff gone! No answers at all. Cameras are useless will never store here again. Makes me so mad that I've paid my rent month after month with 2 rent increases and I still paid and kept my stuff there and it ends up missing

Shocker! they charged me for a month when I moved out. How did I hear about said non-payment, well I received their call from a collections company about owing money to Extra Space. Did Extra Space contact me for this payment, no. Did I ever have a late payment, no. So thank you Extra Storage for allowing this to go on my credit report, for "accidently" forgeting to stop my account and for the hastle of dealing with the collections company and your company after I had already paid. I reserved a unit online. Robert called me and was very nice on the phone and said that I needed to come down and see the unit before the move-in date. I arrived at the facility at 5:45 (I work until 5:00). I was told that they were closing at 6:00 and that there was not enough time to see the unit. I said we have 15 minutes before you close.
