The corporate accountability is just as crappy as the customer service I didn't receive at ******************. If you are too ignorant and stuck on yourself to do as YOU said, then you should never have stated to me that you'd get back with me within 24 to 48 hours. After the initial 48 hours, I called AGAIN and was assured someone would get ahold of me ASAP. Liars is all I can say about you. I've wasted to much energy and time for one of the most s@@***** companies I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

Rate increases every 3 months. My rate started at 83$ increased to 200$ over double. They will charge your account without any notification of increase and refuse to refund over charges. This place is horrible.

We have been renting the R160 RV parking space since 11/20. Recently we received a letter in the mail stating that our rent was going up to $125. The website advertises 10 x 20 RV parking for $54.00. They are using the bait-and-switch scheme by advertising its storage rates without disclosing that those prices are only promotional or introductory. Two years and never been disrespected since ExtraSpace merge with Life Storage. Someone best forward this to **** for no written response yet from its legal team nor the CEO nor ***. Ive done my best to deal with this matter privately But its seems either this company is a shell company committed Fraud or they just dont care about people situation. We started with a 10x15 unit. The company was bought out by Life Storage. We were sent notice the rates were going up. We were aware how much they were going to go up.$153 to $163.Two months later, it was $********* months later, it is $343.We didn't notice the jump until this month as it is on auto draft.We are in the process of contacting the company, who were just bought out by ExtraStorage.And I and now see that Life Storage is not accredited by the BBB. Shocker.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! If I could leave a 0star review I would. They use bait and switch tactics to get you in at a decent rate and then continually raise the rent by huge increases without properly informing the customer. The company has NO *************************** and there is no one to speak with except the store manager. So, I currently have 2 units. 1 for exactly one year and the 2nd one about 6months+. Issue started when I went to my older unit and noticed the roof had caved in. This was over 4months ago. When I brought it to the managers attention, the solution he provided was for me to leave my keys and he'll contract a company to fix the roof. I asked how that is a safe solution considering he'll be giving access to my unit that contains all my personal items to total strangers with no supervision. The online price that you are quoted is only good for 4 months which they do not tell you. The the regular price is then billed and may go even higher after another 4 months which is also not relayed to you unless you ask.
