Angie, is amazing! She is friendly helpful energetic and goes out of her way to help with anything you might need. I'd recommend this location over and over based on her!
Angie's service was excellent! She went out of her way to ensure that just the trailer I needed was available when I needed it!! Furthermore, she and her staff helped me locate my cell phone protector which had fallen out of my car when I arrived. I had no idea where it good have gone but they had located it and held it for me until I returned the trailer. Excellent service!

I did not use the stuff inside the truck and I was charged for it as some seal was broken or something. It would be nice to inform the customer that such thing is present inside the truck and should be available for inspection like the one done for the exterior dents and dings during the rental process to avoid confusion.
No one returned my phone call.
Lower the mileage rate on the weekends from $.89 to at least the $.49 weekday rate. Why should those days be any different? Why take advantage of someone, just because their schedule keeps them from renting your equipment through the week. This is the only thing that would prevent me from giving your business a rating of 100% and why the answer to question 3 was a "no".
