My mom and I had a great experience getting our rental set up! Kahliya M. was super helpful and kind! She provided so much helpful information and was so pleasant and easy to work with. The online reservation system was great too; the spot was saved but we were still able to see the unit before committing to renting it. Would definitely go back if I ever need another storage unit in the future!

Great location, clean facilities, super friendly and helpful personnel and easy to maneuver facilities
The staff at this facility are so helpful. The location is central and close to my home which was an important factor for me. The building and unit are always very clean which is a must for me. Highly reccommend.
The store manager was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me choose the right storage unit

If you are in Franklin Tennessee , no need to look anywhere else. This is a perfect location and a top quality storage place. The customer service is a lot great. I could tell that they took a lot of pride in the location and customer service.
