I like the location but recently they raised their prices $50 a month which is a $600 a year rent increase for a unit. Typically the increase has been around $15 a year but a $50 a month increase is insane. As a business owner I know there is no way that cost increases THAT much for storage units the way food/beverage and other services might in a year's time.
