RecommendedIt was very clean , very professional. Only thing is for the time I was there (a year) corporation upped price and wasn’t pleased w/that. Staff very pleasant to work with. Recommendation ! Be nice for company to have truck on grounds like a U Haul to rent to take items out of storage and not have to go rent one.
Our experience with Extra Space Storage on Liberty Pike in Franklin was everything we wanted from a storage facility. The price was reasonable for the area, the grounds were secure and well-maintained and the service we received was top-notch. Tina was particularly helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
