super convenient with great hours. we were storing contents of elderly parents house and the climate control met our requirements for space and valuables. would rent space there again.

Jesse, the manager, provides courteous and honest service. Suggest longer term rental agreements to secure the best rate.
Never though i would be hailing a storage unit, but this place is AMAZING (the one on Nicholson, i believe there are others, but i do not know anything about them). Every single person, down to the last, has been beyond helpful. Nobody ever rushes you, and they take time to make sure all your questions are answered, and all concerns (should you even have any) addressed. On top of that, they are fun to talk with. Writing this review mainly to say how exceptional the service Jesse Rodgers, Store Manager, provided. He was very courteous, organized, quick with the paperwork and explained very well what the process was. While I was there I saw him painting, cleaning, following up with other customers, etc. Saw him often walking the site and he was always willing to help answer a few questions I had. This is by far the best customer service I have expertises in a while. Jesse the storage manager and his staff are great. The are very courteous, kind and eager to help. When I landed on hard times because of a job loss and fell behind on my storage rent they assisted me with making payment arrangements until I was able to recover. I'm very grateful to them.

When my old storage space (initials P.S.) upped their prices unreasonably I went hunting for a new place to move my stuff. Extra Space Storage offered much more competitive pricing and are also very close to where I live while my old unit was quite a few miles away. The office manager Jesse is very helpful and moving in was very easy. Even after paying for movers I will saving a significant amount!
Very friendly and professional staff. I had to do a remote lease for a different facility 8 hours a way and had no problems at all!!
