We needed a large storage space so we could empty our attic for renovation. We checked EVERY storage place in Bethesda, Kensington, Rockville up to Gaithersburg and Extra Space on Nicholson Court had the best prices. I also appreciated that they didn't offer silly gimmicks like $1 for first month. Gimme a break.
