Very reasonable prices and great staff! Everyone I spoke with was helpful in helping me rent my first storage space. I was recommended to Extra Space by a friend. I really like how it is month to month rentals and your first month is free (even though you have the one time fees). It was also very convenient that they sell the lock and mattress covers right in the shop. I saved myself a target run the insurance was affordable as well!

I had a great experience moving in to Extra Space, especially after a disastrous attempt to move into a different storage facility a few weeks ago. Jesse and George were very attentive and helpful; they remembered who I was as soon as I walked in even though I'd only spoken to them on the phone. They made sure that I was aware of all the policies and any other important information about storing my things at Extra Space. Customer Service is excellent. The facility itself is always clean. This location has the best carts I've ever seen, they allow for easy moving and very little back and forth is necessary. They are so big I typically only make one trip to my unit which is awesome. The location is easy to find and property is always neat and tidy.

Prompt and helpful. My unit had never had the light bulb placed, These folks did that. Moved my stuff to a smaller, less expensive unit, clean and tidy.

This is my first time using any sort of public or self storage facility, and I made a reservation on line. The property manager, Jesse, promptly called to confirm the reservation, and when my wife and I arrived at the facility, Jesse was very helpful and pleasant, walking us to our unit, and making sure that we had selected to right size to meet our storage requirements. I've rented in several storage facilities. This particular facility is very old, visually dingy, and has a real problem with carts being unusually hard to steer over thresholds - the one at the exterior door and the one at the elevator entrance. It reflects very poorly on the Extra Space brand. By contrast, the manager Jesse is top notch both in encouraging business and purchases for the company and in going the extra mile to help customers, even if it means staying a bit late on a Friday. My first time using Extra Space storage and it is excellent. I can easily access my things whenever I need to, and the customer service is great. All my questions are answered without a problem! I also trust the storage house because you have a specific code to get in and out which makes me feel like my things are secured. Love Extra Space Storage!

Not much has changed since Extra Space bought out the former storage place - Storage Village. It's been several months, and I have been waiting to see if my rental rate will be hiked to match the current rates. They still allow me to pay by automatic deduction from my checking, which is hassle-free. The only thing new that I don't like is that they leave the security gate open during business hours. This is my first time using any sort of public or self storage facility. But in years of helping friends move in and out of said facilities, I've always noted that the property managers usually seem disinterested in or just all around unpleasant.
