I stopped by an hour before they closed and was helped by Pete. He was able to show me the unit I was interested, went to grab a tape measure and measured the interior of the unit to see if it would fit a queen size mattress, and gave me a great deal. Exceptional customer service!

First time ever looking for a storage place, and this was the only place with amazing reviews. And now I see why! From the moment I stepped into the office Reyna was not only so helpful, but totally sociable as well. Didn't make it feel like she was pushing me to buy anything but really did a great job showing me the unit and going over the lease. Really made the whole process easy and pain free. Yes, I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's very nice and clean with the best prices in town. Reyna is kind and understanding, very helpful. It's the only place that I've found that don't try to rip their customers off. Extra Space is the place! Thank you Reyna!

Yes I would recommend this place, Very clean and most of all Reyna was very helpful and she explained everything to me. The monthly rental cost is fair. The customer service was so good and the cleanliness I decided, " look no further " Thank you again Renya.

Oh my goodness... That was such an easy process. I am so happy I was able to do everything online and by phone within minutes. I don't even have to go to the front office for anything or to sign any documents. Everything was able to be docu signed online. Customer service was exquisite. When I arrive to place items in my unit, my key will be in my unit and I don't even have to worry about anything. I think this is an awesome service.
