I really want to say how great the employees are at the Florin location. Their customer service went over and beyond. Great Job!
It was super easy to complete the online forms to get a space. I immediately got text messages and the manager called me right away to check in with me and see if I understood everything and answer any questions. Reyna is professional and friendly and answered my questions. I'm just bummed I have to pay so much for insurance. I ha ent gone to the pace yet, but with this kind of service I confident it will be worth it. I rented a storage unit over 10 years ago and had a specific question about that unit. I was pretty sure that I was not going to be able to get my question answered. The staff at the Florin & Freeport location are very nice. I had to make some changes on the storage size and gave me no hassle. I recommend them.
The best place to go for storage! It's definitely not my first rodeo... . Extra space storage has the Best prices ALWAYS! It's clean and affordable. When you go in, ask for Allyson! she'll have answers for all of your needs/wants and concerns. You will not be disappointed! She'll get the job done!
