Yes I would recommend this place, Very clean and most of all Reyna was very helpful and she explained everything to me. The monthly rental cost is fair. The customer service was so good and the cleanliness I decided, " look no further " Thank you again Renya.

Oh my goodness... That was such an easy process. I am so happy I was able to do everything online and by phone within minutes. I don't even have to go to the front office for anything or to sign any documents. Everything was able to be docu signed online. Customer service was exquisite. When I arrive to place items in my unit, my key will be in my unit and I don't even have to worry about anything. I think this is an awesome service.

I really want to say how great the employees are at the Florin location. Their customer service went over and beyond. Great Job!
It was super easy to complete the online forms to get a space. I immediately got text messages and the manager called me right away to check in with me and see if I understood everything and answer any questions. Reyna is professional and friendly and answered my questions. I'm just bummed I have to pay so much for insurance. I ha ent gone to the pace yet, but with this kind of service I confident it will be worth it. I rented a storage unit over 10 years ago and had a specific question about that unit. I was pretty sure that I was not going to be able to get my question answered. The staff at the Florin & Freeport location are very nice. I had to make some changes on the storage size and gave me no hassle. I recommend them.
