This place is terrible. I just got a rate increase of $20 a month! That's on top of another big increase, and in less than 2 years. There are other review comments about extra charges and bait and switch. There's no excuse for such a big price increase, thiis place gouges you once you're in there. Avoid!
PLEASE NOTE THIS RATING IS ONLY FOR THE FACILITY LOCATED AT 1353 FLORIN ROAD. STAY AWAY! If I could give no star rating I would. This place is just bad business and unprofessional! It should be called EXTRA CHARGES SPACE STORAGE! Sure the first month is free! What they don't tell you till AFTER they run your credit card is that they charged you an "administration fee" plus insurance charges. They were going to give me an inside unit (10x10) for $93 a month. Since I didn't reserve the unit online they could only give half... read more
