Very friendly and helpful staff. Pricing was good and the facility is very clean. Elevators are a big plus and the location is right off 101.
The employee was very helpful. Showed me where the unit was fast and easy.
Great location, staff on site 24/7, good security, property well maintained. This is my second time having storage at ExtraSpace Storage and I would recommend to others.
When things come down to the last minute, (which is almost always the case in these scenarios) I had no problems what so ever when asking staff what I needed to know & from there being able to switch a few things around to better accommodate my current circumstances which of course was an extra plus in my book. It just made things 10 x easier for me, no hassles or difficulties to getting it done, just in & out & I was well on my way, period. Everything should be this simple
The top floor is not temperature controlled. There was no nice in deal unless i wanted my unit rent to be higher. Other than that the place was clean and staff were respectful

it was super easy to rent a space. both in person and over the phone the customer service is top notch. they made it painless and easy. and their prices are the best in the area. highly recommend

David called me after reserving online to get everything setup. Made this a quick easy transaction and putting everything in storage was a piece of cake. First time I’ve had to put belongings in storage and this was simple as could be. Highly recommend!

The person who I spoke with was very nice and and very helpful But 1. I was provided with the code that did not work. Turned out that I needed to use completely different number. Could not find this out if office was closed. 2. I anted to use promotion but the clerk did not know how long promotion lasts. Three months? Two? five? It is strange because at the other Extra Space location clerk provided me that information. It was further away so I used this.
