We've rented from these guys before but never long term. When you drive on the 99, you'll see their building and seems like they always have a huge advertisement sign stating about how you can get your first month's rent free. So it seems like there are some weird quirks about that advertisement. Like usually what most people do is they go online and this place usually has some sort of one-time "sale" going on. James was great--pleasant and easy to work with. The unit is as advertised, very affordable and just what I needed. My gate code didn't work so I called the 1-800 number and the customer service person was friendly and helpful. Issue resolved. This is my second storage unit w Extra Space on purpose. Solid company to deal with--such nice people both in Oakland and here in Sacramento.

I came into the office yesterday to let them know I was going to be vacating my storage space because of a rate increase and honestly I needed to downsize. I was going to go to public storage down the street. Phil explained that because he didn't want to lose me as a customer he would transfer me at a discounted rate. That's nice because I don't have to drive back and forth.
I appreciate the customer service I got from there sales Rep Dava W. She really explained the billing and move out policy thoroughly and show me how I can save money during this COVID pandemic when everyone is really trying to save. Thanks Again
