Pros: Fairly new facility. Almost all units have drive-up access (or merely a couple steps away). Not far from highway 99 exit (you can actually see it from the highway). Friendly. When I left, I noticed they had acquired a moving truck for renters to use to move in their items (something they didn't have when I signed up). Cons: Management isn't on top of things.
