Had a storage unit in West Sac. I made the mistake of missing my December 12 payment. On January 15 I called to make a double payment and assumed I would have a $15 late fee, which I did. Not only did they charge the late fee, which I do not dispute, they added an $85 lien fee. Mind you I was 33 days late. I did not even receive a late notice in the mail. Pros: Fairly new facility. Almost all units have drive-up access (or merely a couple steps away). Not far from highway 99 exit (you can actually see it from the highway). Friendly. When I left, I noticed they had acquired a moving truck for renters to use to move in their items (something they didn't have when I signed up). Cons: Management isn't on top of things.
