This place has been great. They honored their online price, which other places in the area did not. They always had clean carts available and the facility was always spotless. The reps in the office were very helpful, I will seek them out the next time I need storage space.

Great service! Todd help me out and he show me 3 different storage size before I pick one. Great service from starting to the end. Price was reasonable for 5x16. By the way Sandra was Great as well. Great customer service overall.

This place has a fast and easy application process. Everything is explained in detail. Only downside would be the parking spaces, they're on the small side. A place I would recommend for sure.

The staff at this location, Sandra Hill, was extremely helpful. She made sure that I found a unit that was the correct size for my needs... and she walked me through the reservation process so that I received the discounted web rate. Great customer service and great low prices!

We have had storage at several different locations over the years and i can't say enough great things about Extra Space storage in Burlingame. Seriously this is the best run storage facility i have every seen. Kirk and the other staff are so nice you actually WANT to go to storage. The location is kept so clean and secure. They continually check locks and let you know if you forgot to close your unit properly. Every time i go, i say.. "i love this place" and that is not an exaggeration. I have used a small 5 x 5 space in this facility two or three times in the past ten years, always for less than a year each time. It worked out perfectly when moving furniture and whatnot from one location to another. It was short term storage for me. I took advantage of the special web pricing with full understanding that the rent would eventually go up. Most important for me has been the speed of the check in procedure. The staff people are always great & these folks, upon referral from r storage facility in SF, readily helped us out in an emergency situation today, for which we r most grateful...still, as noted in many other reviews, their expensiveness is a serious problem for those of us who r not wealthy, & will b a problem we will address this coming year by prob moving...their involvement in a class action suit is a little unnerving & there r local companies we can patronize who r way less expensive...besides the costs this seems a pl... read more

I rented a space in their underground parking and felt like it was a good value/price for the location to store my new car that I use when traveling. All the people in the office were very professional especially Sandra. She put me on a wait list and the space was available a few weeks later. I would recommend this storage facility.
