I moved into extra storage space in Burlingame one rainy Saturday morning. It made sense to utilize their facility since you don't have to unload your truck in the rain or be exposed to the weather. I reserved the unit online which makes the price of the unit monthly price less expensive than if they give you a quote in the office. The people in the office are very nice and provide excellent customer service.

I couldn't be more pleased with the onsite service staff, or the quality of the storage site. The location is very convenient and the prices comparable to other first class storage sites. I would highly recommend this location.

Let's just say I wasn't so sad to be closing up this storage space a few months ago. Rates are very expensive, even purchasing materials like boxes and tape is higher than average. That being said, the location was great and I always felt safe. Bye, bye Extra Space!

I had parking spaces at this place for over 9 years. They went to some ownership changes over the years. For the last couple of years I had paid the rent for a year in advance and got one month for free.

This company is amazing. The property is so clean. The staff is friendly, and helpful. I have never felt so good about a storage place, as I do about this one. I will always look for Extra Space Storage first.

I think this review will be an ongoing experience. Thus far, I'd say they are doing well. The place is very clean, well lit and secure. That's a good start. It's expensive, no doubt about it. Obviously this is one of those we need them more than they need us kinda relationships. More to come once we've been tenants for longer than a few weeks.

Customer service, gate system. Great location, thats about it. Gate works sporadically and if you call depending on who you get, they act like its no big deal.

Once you move in, they jack the rate. The positive reviews are fake. Rate went from $110 (intro rate 2 months) to $136 to $149 to $179 to $259 to $179 (after I called) to $207 to now $277. The building is not temperature controlled, which is bad for the top floor (3rd floor) where temperatures in the summer can exceed 100 degrees.

I will Agree with Teacher E and I'd love to give you the correct contact information for whom you should speak with also! I know that they try to SCAM you a lead you on my giving you another managers personal line instead of doing it the PROPER WAY! This man is a menace and he has treated MANY customer so wrongly. He harassed and stocked my friend, while she stored their. She never felt safe. He likes to pick and choose who he is nice to, very bias and creepy.
