leaving a 2 star because the cost of renting RV space has gone up and up and up month after month after month. It gets really old to constantly pay more for the same space. Someone parked in our space while we were away on a trip and so all they did to fix the situation was to relocate us to a less convenient space, and then charged us more! Parking is gated and we felt safe leaving our RV there but the staff was always just so-so and the jacking up of monthly costs needs to stop. We no longer park here anymore.
It's a very clean facility, nicely set up & there's not much traffic. It's optimal for people with large amounts to store. But there's one MAJOR issue -- the resident manager is very unpleasant & unprofessional. She doesn't handle situations very well when it comes to being professional. Maybe confrontations make her nervous but for the sake of your customers educate that girl.
I am beyond frustrated with this company. I first got my storage unit at what I thought was a good deal at the time. Being a 23 year old that has rent, student loans and car payment it sounded perfect for my budget. Then out of no where after 5 months of having my storage unit I get billed $15 extra on top of what I already pay.. So extremely frustrated I called them asking why I was getting changed this extra $15.. This storage is horrible! I have gotten my storage unit broken into 3 times! And they did nothing about it! On several different occasions the main front gate remains open all day long, I have called to complain, once again they did nothing about it! They must have little to no security, my belongings were definitely not safe, unfortunately I had to find that out the hard way! I would not recommend this storage facility!!
Screw this place!!! My Rent has gone up 40$ since I got my unit. I am moving all of my stuff somewhere else because these people are crooks. The facility is also crappy the lights inside don't work and I can't even see when I go to my unit I need a flashlight. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
Pro: nice clean storage, easy access and good security. Make payments on line. Cons: every other month they raise the rent. Also they added insurance and make it mandatory after you move in. Don't be late or they will slap you with insane fees! I had the smallest storage unit and got slapped with a $88 late fee. Started out $35 for the smallest unit and by the end of the year I was paying $100
