I wanted to wait to write and post my review until after we had gone through the move in, 6 month stay, and move out process. Overall, the experience was good. I believe Sergio was the one to move us in (happened a while ago) but he was awesome! Made everything very easy and convenient. The pricing is a taaad high, especially for the units not being climate controlled... but it's Oceanside so what do you expect? Great customer service. Answered my questions on the phone when I called on the phone. Answered my question in person. Clean grounds, clean hallways. Clean everything. And I love verde Lima.

We just put our RV here. Everything was easy and efficient from the phone call to the appointment. The staff was friendly and the site was clean. We were happy and thankful for the great service.

Sergio is AMAZING!! He gave me a little happiness in this crazy move we're in the middle of between states!! This is the place to store your stuff and get treated well! I really can't put into words how Sergio's customer service and care had helped!! Just know anyone I speak to I'll be telling them to store their stuff here!!! And see Sergio he's got your back!!
Excellent storage facility. Sergio Alvarado was extremely friendly and helpful! Very clean and secure, I stored all my house hold items & furniture here while I was on deployment and never had to worry because I knew they were in good hands.
Clean facility and nice, helpful staff. Have used twice for extended periods and also stored a car. Will use again in the future!
This is a great place to store your Boat or RV has great security and has an awesome washout bay on the premises thats great for all the salt water boats or even just to clean your car to your RV . I would recommend them to anyone that has a Boat or an RV or any of your storage needs. Ericka has been awesome to work with there very helpful and understand your needs. They also live on the premises its very clean and easy to get around.
