Nothing but good things to say about this facility. The staff was professional and very helpful. It seems clean and safe. We are happy so far!
We needed a place to store our 31' RV. I called the 800 number around 8:30 in the morning to see if they had any available spots at the N River location. They did not have anything available to accommodate our size rig. The representative on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She said she would forward my name and number to the N River location and have them call me once one was available. I received a call promptly at 9:30 the same morning from the manager Lorilee. Lorilee and her staff are AWESOME!!! I just relocated to the Area and needed a place immediately to store my motorcycle trailer, and they were able to accommodate my needs at a fair price. The facility is clean and well kept, and its secure. I would recommend checking this place out for your storage needs.
Very happy to find a space for a fair price for my travel trailer. It was painless to sign up for monthly space rent and I was very happy with ESS personnel, well explained and informative of the amenities of this facility. And a big thank you to the gal that referred me here from the other ESS on O'side Blvd. saved me a lot of time searching for a space. Thank you, Jim

Tall storage units and extremely clean. They have even created a grunge/modern feel . Lucy Diaz-Hueso was not just extremely professional (a rare find in storage admins) but especially kind.
Very good spaces, prices and service. If you successfully refer someone, they give you a credit of $50. Pretty good deal.
HUGE spaces, clean, nice staff and grounds keepers... And, if you mention someones name, not only do you get the first month's rent free, but they get $50! Score!
I am updating my Review now because I am having a really bad experience storing all of my expensive items there that are valued at approximately $3,000.00 for everything I own now. This is a really awful place to store my items in this Extra Space Storage Center at the Oceanside. CA location. I have been their loyal customer for one year and 4 months now. When I lived in Oceanside, CA last year on the Summer time from (June 2024 to October 2024 ) when I would make frequent trips to my storage unit this storage unit space ... read more
