Despite the HORRIBLE rat infestation that led to the destruction of a new mattress and several valued collectibles, these buffoons decide to raise the rent every four months and do NOTHING about the rat problem. Disgusting premises and disgusting business practices. This is not a statement on the manager who is very nice, but the corporate side of the business that does not seem to care.

Due to my current situation, a friend put my belongings safely here. When I have to access or change out whatever it may be, it seems the manager suddenly appears breathing down my neck, reminding literally that shes noticed that im here more than i need to be, her excact words. this threw me off because 1. Our 23ft toy hauler was STOLEN right out of the parking lot, don't keep anything here! We kept our toy hauler here and with in the same week our trailer was hit by a neighboring boat and then was literally STOLEN out of the parking lot a few days later. When we noticed it was hit, there was apparently nothing the manager could do and the neighboring boat (who had damage on their boat that lined up perfectly with ours) denied hitting us, so we were SOL. I rented a small unit here at a rate of $36 a month. I was told I could only use one specific type of lock (the circular type) which they sold in the office for more than $20. I purchased my own lock, the exact brand and type as what ExtraSpace had in the office for $6 at Walmart. I received two 10% rate increases within a year's time with my rate as of 12/21 $44. DO NOT store your items here. They are INFESTED WITH RATS. My couches were destroyed by rats after three short months of storage. All other furniture was covered in feces and Urine. Jeff has washed his hands clean stating rats are "an act of nature". Edited to add: I have called the 800# below in their response a couple weeks ago and they have yet to get back in contact with me to make this right as they stated.

Until this month and this time I put stuff into this storage place they were cool. I had been a customer for at least 18 months between my 2 stays here before my 3rd which began this month. I lost my job, my parents and my home in 3 months time recently and I've been living in my truck and keeping everything I own here and because I have to come to my storage daily to drop off and pick up essentials like bedding and blankets and clothes and toiletries I am being kicked out at the end of the month. I have been storing my RV here less than a week and it was vandalized. Someone at the facility stole the bike rack on the back of my RV.

We currently store our toybox a.k.a. "camper" at this facility. The place is a convenient location, clean and is relatively secure. They also have a car/camper wash and RV dump onsite which could be convenient. However, the camper/RV storage spaces are tight and you need to be very careful when pulling the camper/RV in and out of your space. Place is a rip off, find another company. They suck u in with low intial rate and first months rent free. After a couple months they start jacking up the rent. In less then a year there my rent doubled. When I mentioned this to girl who says she's manager (if she really is, this location is desperate) was a real b-t-h and told me there expenses went up (BS).
