What an awesome place to have for storage. Not only was it cheaper then all the other storage places in the area it also has an awesome friendly manager that went over everything in detail. He got me the best deal. Also after I got my storage and left, the manager called me up and said "I got good news for you we now have a different spot available down stairs where you originally wanted I can help you get if you want" WOW that was awsome!!!! I've rented a unit here before and never had a problem. I work nearby so it was convenient for me. I have also recommended friends and family. They recently remodeled and upgraded the facilities. Your new management team(Vince) are extremely caring and profesional. Totally recommend this place.

It was a pleasure to go to the Pico Rivera Extra Space Storage. Your management and employees are well informed, courteous and professional. Office is clean and so is the storage area. Highly recommend.

Love the staff there really helpful, respectful, and friendly. The unit is always clean. Never had a problem there and I been there for 11 months.

I've had my belongings stored here for about 3 months now and I'm finally able to sit down and write a review about how awesome Esmerelda is. I went in with my dad and she showed us a storage that was just the right size for what I had explained! She was very polite and made sure my code worked before letting me leave! She calls me before my payment is due to remind me before I get charged the late fee (I'm a procrastinator)! Thanks for the awesome service!

This storage place is in an iffy area so I was already kind of skeptic. The price was right though. The lady I signed papers with (magali?) told me there wouldn't be a price increase for a year and "usually" the price only goes up a couple of dollars. I stored my stuff there for 2 years (because I'm military and move a lot) in those two years I was there the price changed 3 times. staff here are very helpful and do everything possible to make sure their customers are satisfied Ive been renting this storage space for a couple of months now to store all my kids toys and everytime i go it is very clean and never had a issue with security as a matter of fact they even offer a insurance policy in the case that anything is damaged or missing while renting there esmeralda was super nice when i got the unit and even showed me and my fiance how to use the elevators for our stuff if your looking to rent a space... read more

reserving and moving in was easy manager helpful. I hope they work on security issue. I'm nervouse to see alot of reviews are not very good. I should of checked before moving in.

Customer service is the worse. Starting with KEVIN!!! Horrible person. His little minion to follow is Dylan. Not professionals at all. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Take your stuff somewhere else. Trust me!! I've been dealing with this pricks for a year. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
